999ck Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 999ck platform ("Platform" or "Site") and all services connected to it. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, stop using the 999ck platform immediately.

To use the 999ck platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years old.
• You must operate the account on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• Online gaming must not be legally prohibited in your country or region.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• Your account must not have been previously suspended or closed by 999ck.

3.1 — One Account Only

Each person may open only one account on the 999ck platform. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses or withdrawable balance may be forfeited.

3.2 — Accuracy of Information

All information provided when creating an account — name, mobile number, payment method details — must be accurate and truthful. Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in the account being suspended and, after review, permanently closed.

3.3 — Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If unauthorised access occurs, notify 999ck support immediately.

3.4 — Account Verification

999ck may at any time request a National ID (NID), passport, or other documents to verify your identity. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account and any withdrawal requests may be temporarily suspended.

4.1 — Supported Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported at 999ck:

• Bank Transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks

4.2 — Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

Requests below these limits cannot be processed.

4.3 — Withdrawal Timeframe

Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Additional time may be needed for complex verification cases or unusual transactions.

4.4 — Payment Account Ownership

The payment account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the name of the 999ck account holder. Transactions from accounts registered in a third party's name are prohibited and will be blocked.

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳14,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳22,000.

The bonus amount will not exceed ৳8,000 under any circumstances.

5.2 — Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing any winnings from a bonus, you must place bets equal to 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the original deposit.

5.3 — Bonus Abuse

Misuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, using bots or automated methods, or coordinating bets to meet wagering requirements — is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 — Other Promotions

From time to time, 999ck may offer additional promotions, cashback, or special offers. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant offer page. In the event of any conflict with the general terms, the specific terms of the promotion will apply.

The 999ck VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier changes are based on user activity and participation. Cashback is credited to the account automatically and the general bonus terms and conditions apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999ck platform:

• Creating or operating an account with fraudulent or misleading information.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Disrespectful behaviour toward other players or staff.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Claiming bonuses or promotions using multiple accounts.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, possible forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action.

8.1 — Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the 999ck platform are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that every round is completely fair and not influenced by any party.

8.2 — Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to internet disconnection, a game crash, or other technical issues, the 999ck support team will investigate and make the appropriate decision. Any transactions affected by technical errors may be considered void.

8.3 — Sports Betting

Odds displayed in the sports betting section may change without prior notice. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final. 999ck reserves the right to review bets in the event of irregular results during a match.

999ck uses SSL encryption technology to protect your personal information. Information provided on the platform is used only for service delivery, identity verification, and meeting legal obligations.

12.1 — How to Submit a Complaint

If you have an objection regarding any transaction or game result, you must notify the support team within 72 hours of the incident. When submitting a complaint, please provide your account ID, details of the relevant transaction, and a description of the incident.

12.3 — Final Decision

999ck reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be given via registered email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

13.2 — Closing Your Account

Users may request to close their account at any time through support. Available balance may be withdrawn before account closure, subject to all applicable wagering requirements being met.

In the event of a breach of these Terms, 999ck reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice.
